Pastel Portrait Commissions
Why choose pastel?
Pastel is used in creating masterfully drawn color portraits with no drying time required. Pastels allow for a lifelike level of detail, and give the piece a velvety, matte quality. Pastel artwork is more prone to fading than oil, so it must be framed and kept behind glass to better preserve the color over time.
How it works

Select type of commission
Choose a commission type from the options further down the page. In the listing, select preferred medium, size, and number of subjects. Purchase your selected listing with the options of your choice.

Send in your reference photos
Send an email to info@iliyanfineart.com with the reference photos for your commission. Include your order# and the word "Images" in the subject line. Describe what you would like for your commission, and if there is anything specific the artist should know.

Receive your custom commission
Once the artist has your order, it will take 2-4 weeks to complete. You will receive occasional process updates such as when a painting has entered the drying stage.
