Return Policy for Prints

All prints come with a 100% money-back guarantee. 

If you're not happy with a print purchase that you made on iliyanFineArt.com, for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - iliyanFineArt.com does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality. To start a return, please contact us at info@iliyanfineart.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your print back, and will send you a return label.

Return Policy for Commissions

We do not accept returns due to "change of mind." Our commission process includes showing a preview of the artwork, and allows for minor revisions prior to final approval by the client. Commission artwork is only shipped after final approval.

If your order has been damaged during transportation:
1. Take photos of the damaged package, prior to opening. Please do so as soon as possible after receiving the package, no later than 10 days of receipt.
2. After taking photos of the unopened damaged package, carefully open the package and inspect the artwork. Take photos of any damage to the artwork. 
3. To start a return, please contact us at info@iliyanfineart.com. Attach the photos of the damaged package and artwork. We will then send you instructions on how and where to send it back.
4. Once we receive the damaged artwork, we will either repair the damage or, if the damage cannot be fixed, we will re-create your commission for you, free of charge. Damaged artwork is not eligible for refunds.

If your order has been lost in transit, we will re-make your commissioned artwork at absolutely no charge to you. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
