The Structures is a series of seventeen pieces done in black pastel on white paper, in a style that resembles charcoal drawings. When viewed in the right order, the art series tells a story of the world and society – a structure of seemingly flawless synchronicity, but hostile to the individual. As the series progresses, the structure appears to meet an opposing force, leading to its eventual collision.
